| Abstract | The research reported in this paper is concerned with elucidating the physico-chemical nature of sensitivity in these deposits, particularly with respect to its relationship to the electro-kinetic potential. The soils studied cover the characteristic range of sensitviity encountered in Leda clay and were selected from various locations and depths, mostly from the Ottawa-Hull area. |
