Abstract | We discuss two recent experiments involving current transmission and reflection via trapped edge states in quantum dots. We show that the observed magnetoconductance oscillations, resulting from tunneling through these trapped states, requires an explanation in terms of an electron interaction screened by fully transmitted edge states. © 1992. |
