| Abstract | We report ultra low power four-wave mixing in a zero-dispersive and two-photon adsorption free micro-ring resonator. A nonlinear wavelength conversion with an internal efficiency as high as -26 dB has been experimentally achieved over a tuning range of 18 nm. The theoretical model predicts a phase-matching range larger than 100 nm. |
