Abstract | This report focuses mainly on functional analysis and task description of each module of supervisory planning. The reasoning and decision-making in supervisory planning are machining feature based. They are modularized into four parts for machining feature parsing, machining feature-based sequence generation, function block design and agent-based execution control, respectively. Enabled by the DPP and machining feature-based reasoning approach, the high-level process plans become generic and open, with increased flexibility and dynamism. |
