Abstract	Several years of observations of accelerations during moderate to high wind at the Commerce Court Tower in Toronto, Canada, are presented and the effect of torsion in the upper stories is shown. Model and full-scale observations of the standard deviation of acceleration correlate well for most wind directions. Implications for structural design using wind tunnel tests or a Code-based calculation method are discussed.
