Abstract | We report low field magnetoresistance measurements of two QPC systems. For a staggered pair of QPCs were separate the ballistic and non-ballistic contributions to the magneto-resistance and report new trends. For a quantum dot we investigate magnetic focusing and demonstrate its use as a probe of the carrier density within the dot. © 1992. |
