| Abstract | In January 1954, the Fire Research Section of the Division of Building Research commenced a study into all fire deaths in the Province of Ontario. During these investigations it has become apparent that the message of fire prevention must be constantly repeated. In addition to emphasizing fire prevention, attention should be focused on the correct action to be taken by the occupants of a building when a fire is discovered so that panic on their part will be minimized. |
