Abstract
This report gives a summary of my summer here at IOT. I explain how I got the message out to the public through various means of advertising, and the various steps used to create brochures and posters. I included a tour script in both English and French that I typed up early in the summer when I was trying to familiarize myself with the facilities; I included statistics that I compiled during the summer about the number of visitors, where visitors came from, as well as the advertising methods that worked best. I also included a few tips that may be of use to future tour coordinators. At the end of the report, I attached the brochure and posters that I distributed this summer.
