Abstract
A new $14.8 million buliding was unveiled last October as the home of the Canada Institute for Scientific and Technical Informaion (CISTI). The structure, located in Ottawa at the National Research Council of Canada's (NRC) Montreal Road site, was officially opened by C. M. Drury, the Minister designate for the NRC. Dr. Jack E. Brown, former National Science Librarian, has been appointed Director of the Institute.
