Abstract
This paper describes the architecture, development, and functionality of acoustics software developed at the National Research Council Canada, which is used to organize data from test specimens. The software moves beyond simple data storage and incorporates methods to formalize data verification and data approval for quality control. This is the first in a suite of five papers.
