Abstract | The objective of this work is to perform a Monte Carlo simulation with GATE of a realistic scanner model with a phantom inside it. Results from the simulation, in terms of recorded coincidences and simulation time, are presented. The output data is reconstructed using the Filtered Back Projection and Ordered Subset Maximum A Posteriori One‐Step algorithms from STIR package. |
