Abstract
This paper provides an overview of a project focused on developing a GIS-based framework for evaluating building façade performance and maintenance prioritization. Climate effects are discussed in relation to wall response and expected damage arising from the deterioration of façade components is given. Loss in functional performance of components is examined and the consequences of these losses are related to maintenance interventions.
