Abstract
A method of building multi-year ridges in the ice tank is described. Both "ordinary" EG/AD/S model ice, and Correct Density (CD) ice was used for the intermediate level ice. Mechanical properties of the ridges are presented, specifically, their flexural strength and rigidity, density, location of neutral axis and characteristic length.
