Abstract
In the eight years since its release, IntelliDoc has raised the standard for Document Delivery worldwide, and increased international recognition of CISTI as a major force in the information industry. IntelliDoc integrated a multitude of automated processes into a unified whole, enabling CISTI to offer close to same-day delivery of documents worldwide. IntelliDoc integrates document ordering from a host of ordering methods, scanning of documents from collections at CISTI and in partner collections, and a range of delivery options.
