| Abstract | Two pieces of equipment have been developed for the testing of forestry fire hose according to CGSB specifications. A desirable feature of this equipment is that it can readily be modified to test types of hose other than those it was originally designed for, and that it allows some flexibility in the character of the test applied. The apparatus requires a certain flexibility to accommodate new types of hose and changes in the specification. This report describes the present form of the apparatus. |
