A mathematical model and numerical scheme have been developed to compute the bank effect on a ship manoeuvring in restricted water ways. This report consists of three parts. The theoretical analysis of the bank effect and the structure of the incorporated program are introduced in part 1. The computed results of test examples, program description, and user's guide are presented in part 2. Part 3 is protected information on the program source code.
