| Résumé | At the request of saTel Consultants Ltd. a performance evaluation has been carried out on the hydraulic power system shown schematically in Figure 1. Testing was confined to an input shaft speed range of from 50 to 100 rpm, to simulate the intended use of this system which is to couple the output of the NRC developed vertical axis windmill to an electrical supply for a remote, unattended navigation aid. The maximum output power required for this preliminary test was 450 watts. |
